    ✨ Make your voice heard, and help to influence the future of TAVA!

    TAVA's long-standing, successful history as a leader in volunteer administration in Toronto and beyond is proud to continue this legacy with the help of membership stepping up as part of the TAVA Leadership Team.

    As we transition into fall, TAVA is at a crucial crossroads, with our current leadership set to depart by October 2024, we are looking for new members to join TAVA's Leadership Team. TAVA is built for volunteer administrators by volunteer administrators, and joining the TAVA Leadership Team not only will add new voices to TAVA’s leadership but will be a great opportunity to add unique leadership experience to your resume and a great opportunity for peer networking.

    We invite you to our online Town Hall meeting on Thursday, September 12, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This meeting will address our path forward and discuss how we can successfully navigate this transition. Your participation is essential to ensure a strong start to the 2024/25 season. If you’re interested, please register as a guest to attend this Town Hall or if you have any questions email us at tavaexec@gmail.com.

    We also ask you to hold off on renewing your membership until after the Town Hall for a clearer picture of TAVA’s direction. As mentioned above, this town hall meeting is critical in deciding TAVA’s future. We encourage you to engage, explore Leadership roles, and help us ensure a thriving organization.

TAVA is 100% volunteer and member-led, TAVA exists to provide a safe space for experienced and new volunteer administrators to connect and learn with peers, a safe space for us to share and advocate for Volunteer Administration in Toronto. Join our Leadership Team to grow in leadership skills, while nurturing a community for your peers to innovate.
