WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
How can you retain volunteers with more demands on their attention than ever before? How can you successfully engage your volunteers while meeting varying motivations and preferences? In this session, we’ll explore retention approaches to keep volunteers engaged, and explore how motivations impact volunteer engagement. We'll also look at the role of effective retention planning to enhance your overall volunteer engagement strategy.
