✨ 9:30-11:30am
✨ Meeting virtually over Zoom
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
What do you measure as a benchmark of success? Learn how tracking metrics that matter will allow you to enhance the experience you can offer volunteers, build your case for support and raise the profile and appreciation for your role as a leader of volunteers. In this session, you'll be introduced to spinktank's 4 Quadrant Model for understanding the gaps in what you're tracking which are limiting your ability to make informed decisions and advocate successfully.
