 WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: 

We will be conducting our business meeting from 9:30am-9:45am and then we’ll take the time to connect with each other in a virtually adapted Give & Get networking session. Share your experiences and insights as a volunteer engagement professional and learn from others in the field. As a community, we are stronger together. Just because you can’t shake hands doesn’t mean you can’t network!

This year’s theme is “Designing More Inclusive Volunteer Recruitment and Screening”, where we will focus on and share best practice ideas around building more inclusive volunteer engagement model, by using a more inclusive lens to reimagine/redesign our volunteer recruitment and screening (i.e. relooking at our volunteer marketing, position descriptions, application forms and interviews).

✨ This workshop is open to TAVA Membership. For the 2022-2023 program year we are offering a one time Pay-What-You-Can ($1-$49) Membership Fee if the full amount ($50) isn't feasible for you. Become a Member!
