RENEW MEMBERSHIP / BECOME A NEW MEMBER

We prefer to accept membership funds online (via Paypal or E-transfer).

  • See section one below to renew your membership (**RETURNING** member).
  • See section two below to become a **NEW** member.
  • Our Membership Fee is $50  (Note: If experiencing financial challenges email us at tavaexec@gmail.com to discuss reduced payment options).
  • TAVA Memberships are valid from Oct 1 through to Sept 30 of each year. As a volunteer-run organization, we DON'T offer pro-rated memberships.
  • As a 100% volunteer-run association, and in an effort to keep member costs low, we don't have a direct mailing address/PO Box, and don't accept cheques.

INSTRUCTIONS: RENEWING MEMBERSHIP  / BECOMING A NEW MEMBER: 

1) PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR **RETURNING** MEMBERS ($50 Fee):


If you are able to pay the full amount, this is appreciated! Follow the instructions below to make the Regular Membership Fee:

STEP 1 - LOGIN to your TAVA account. Note: If you've forgotten your password, you will be prompted to reset a new one.

STEP 2 - Select VIEW PROFILE. Your membership details will pop up. Click and select RENEW TO [DATE]. This date indicate your next renewal period. 

STEP 3 - Update your contact details. Please review for accuracy and click NEXT

STEP 4 - Confirm and complete payment. You will be given an option to PAY ONLINE to be redirected to PalPal (TAVA's online payment processor) where you can complete the transaction with any major credit card. You do not need to create a PalPal account for payment to be processed.

STEP 5 - Note: When paying online, using the above instructions, your membership is automatically renewed

2) PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR **NEW** MEMBERS ($50 Fee):

To become a new member, please pay our $50 membership fee (by E-Transfer or PayPal), using the instructions below. 

PayPal Payment Option ($50): 

  1. Click and login to PayPal using our unique TAVA Members Link: https://paypal.me/tavamembers?country.x=CA&locale.x=en_US ( Note*: If you don't have a PayPal account  you can download instructions for setting one up). 
  2. Once you've paid, email our TAVA Executive Team at tavaexec@gmail.com and give us 3 business days to activate your account.

E-Transfer Payment Option ($50): 

      1. E-transfers can be sent to this email:  tavaexec@gmail.com
      2. Once you've paid, email our TAVA Executive Team at tavaexec@gmail.com and give us 3 business days to activate your account.
